I went for a consultation for early revision surgery at ㅅㅍㄴ. The line is too high, so I’m trying to lower it. At other hospitals, they said they won’t know until they try. ㅇㅇㄴㅋ said that since I’m only 2 weeks post-op right now, there isn’t enough excess skin, so they think it may be possible to lower the fixation, release the overly strong fixation, and lower only the front one-third of the line. They said fat grafting would be needed.
But at ㅅㅍㄴ, they just said everything is possible.. When I asked if multiple creases could form, they said they could. So when I asked what would be done about that, they said that would be an issue for later, and there was no mention of fat grafting. Because they said everything is possible, I’m tempted, but the place I trust more is ㅇㅇㄴㅋ... The cost is also expensive, but it won’t improve as much as I want... .
