Can I request related documents such as the surgical consent form from the hospital?
As far as I know, when a patient requests medical records, the principle is that they should be issued right away.
But if the hospital refuses to issue the surgical consent form, under the Medical Service Act, is the hospital in the wrong or am I in the wrong?
