I had my first double-eyelid surgery 28 years ago, and it has already been 20 years since the crease on one eye came undone. I lived with it for a long time, but whenever I took photos, my eyes looked so different and the asymmetry was especially noticeable, so it always bothered me. It is now day 14 after surgery, and it becomes more natural as time passes. The balance between my eyes is also good, so I feel happy every time I look in the mirror. After living with uneven eyes for 20 years, I think I should have done it sooner, and I wonder why I agonized over it for so long.
My goal was to become naturally prettier, without changing too much, as if these were always my eyes. The result is exactly what I wanted, so I am very satisfied.
