One-month review of four-part facial contouring, rhinoplasty, lower-eye fat repositioning, and anterior cheek fat grafting!

It has finally been one month since my facial contouring + rhinoplasty + lower-eye fat repositioning + anterior cheek fat grafting! Before surgery, I was extremely worried about my facial shape and features. Since facial contouring is a major operation, people around me were very concerned, but surprisingly, everyone said I had done the right thing and that the director’s aesthetic sense was excellent.. 🥹☺️ I naturally had prominent side cheekbones and a rounded jawline, so my face looked broad and flat overall. My anterior cheeks were also slightly hollow, making my face look lacking in dimension, and my nose was relatively small compared with the center of my face, so I always felt something was missing. My features looked more plain and round than defined, which was somewhat far from the feminine mood I wanted 🥲. When taking photos, I worried about my facial shape depending on the angle, especially my side cheekbones and jawline, and hairstyles could only cover it so much. So I finally underwent the facial contouring surgery I had been considering since my early twenties, now in my late twenties.. 🙏🏻 I initially went only to consult about facial contouring, but the director carefully checked what needed to be changed to achieve the overall look I wanted. I also had rhinoplasty, anterior cheek fat grafting, and lower-eye fat repositioning! I strongly wanted to balance my whole face rather than change just one area, and I wanted to become prettier all at once while on the operating table!!!!! The most satisfying thing after surgery is definitely that my overall image has changed 🥹💗 Before, my facial lines were rounded and somewhat plain, but now my jawline is much cleaner and my face has a more refined mood! My biggest complexes were my side cheekbones and jawline, so comparing the before-and-after photos, I am very satisfied to feel that my overall facial shape has changed. I like that my facial lines themselves feel more organized, rather than simply making my face look smaller, haha. Now I understand painfully why everyone gets facial contouring.. As for rhinoplasty, I truly had not considered it, but I am just as satisfied with it as with the facial contouring. My nose was originally small, which made the center of my face seem slightly weak, but after changing my nose, my features look more defined and the overall mood seems different. It also harmonizes well with my facial shape, so I am satisfied! The director had said my nose was not particularly unattractive, but that I would look prettier with surgery. I also wondered why I should have rhinoplasty if my nose was not unattractive, but I am extremely satisfied.. The director is famous for being highly skilled in rhinoplasty and facial contouring, so I trusted the director’s aesthetic sense completely and went ahead.. I am very satisfied, haha. The anterior cheek fat grafting was also something I personally looked forward to. Once volume was added to my hollow anterior cheeks, my face looked more three-dimensional than before. I like that, whereas my face used to look flat and plain overall, the volume now appears more naturally alive!! I plan to have the second procedure later as well. To be honest, I had many worries before surgery, and recovery was not as easy as I had imagined. I still have to wait for the swelling to go down and observe some areas during recovery, but when I compare my photos before surgery, I think I would have been very satisfied even if I had done it when I was younger. Before, I first worried about my facial shape and angle when taking photos, but now I want to take photos from more varied angles, and I am happy that I feel gradually closer to the image I wanted! Since this was a surgery I had worried about for a long time, it still feels amazing whenever I look at the before-and-after photos, and I am excited to see how it will look once more swelling goes down and everything settles 🫶🏻 I will continue to monitor my remaining recovery well, haha.
