Sigh... After about three years, I stopped caring about the other issues and had made peace with just living with it, but the visibility at the nasal tip has gradually become worse, so I think I need to have it removed. If there are no other problems (apart from personal psychological concerns), is anyone in this community considering removal because of nasal-tip visibility?
