It has been about five years since my nose surgery, and my nose is shorter now, at five years, than it was after one year. For the past year, I have noticed a protrusion like that on the columella. What could it be? I have booked a consultation, but it will not come through the skin, right? They say the columella is the most important part, and talk of necrosis scares me so much T_T
As far as I know, silicone, septal extension, and ear cartilage were used. I think contracture developed and the tip gradually became shorter, causing the columella to protrude like that, but what do you all think? If a broker comments, I hope misfortune follows three generations lol.. I am really having a hard time;;
