One disappointing thing was that the coordinator gave me a price estimate before I even had my consultation with the surgeon. Honestly, the coordinator's sales pitch was incredibly skillful; this person would probably be good at selling anything anywhere. During the consultation with the clinic's representative surgeon, there were also remarks that felt somewhat dismissive, and I was told that I did not understand what was being explained. But from the perspective of a professional, someone trained in the field, or someone currently working in it, I apparently misunderstood the explanation, which was frustrating.
