Eye Surgery Considerations

[Clinic A] community review

My first surgery turned out so natural that it was barely noticeable, which continued to bother me, and the tip also seemed slightly spread out, so I started looking into revision surgery.

In consultations, I mainly talked about the look I wanted—somewhat more defined and slightly glamorous—but the approach differed somewhat by clinic.

Some recommended playing it safe and kept the extent of change small, while others said they would make a definite change and set the line more strongly.

The common explanation was that revision surgery involves more variables than the first surgery because of the tissue condition and scar tissue. For that reason, many places recommended autologous costal cartilage or donor rib cartilage for the tip.

For the bridge, they explained either keeping or replacing the silicone implant.

Personally, I felt more comfortable with places that examined the details with harmony with my face in mind rather than simply making it unconditionally higher, and the consultations felt much more trustworthy in that direction.

I have not made the final decision yet, but revision surgery really seems to vary greatly by clinic and surgeon, so I recommend visiting several places.
