I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty, and when I tell people around me I’m thinking of doing it, everyone recommends autologous rib cartilage. Is autologous rib cartilage much better? For my previous surgery, they used donated rib cartilage too.. I had absolutely no plan to use autologous rib cartilage originally lol They say using autologous rib cartilage makes the result much more dramatic and pretty. Is that true?
Also, after my first surgery, the bridge of my nose ended up looking a bit pinched. Can that kind of thing be corrected during revision surgery too..? The places I’m looking at now are Mijak, Miho, and Top Class. Are there any other places that are good at a slightly dramatic semi-slope nose type?
