I’m going to remove my L-shaped silicone implant. I’m most curious about the 3 places I mentioned, so if anyone knows any information, please comment. I don’t know if it’s 100% contracture, but looking at how my nasal tip is more upturned than before, it’s a situation where I suspect contracture, and sometimes the nasal tip also gets red. I’ve heard that if you remove silicone, you also have to remove the capsule. Is that mandatory, or does it only apply to noses with inflammation?
