I'll leave a 6-month review after implant-free hump nose correction and chin advancement genioplasty for a retruded chin. My previous post has the 3-month surgery reviews. Starting with the nose, it's definitely become much slimmer through osteotomy, and the hump was shaved well on the left side, but the right side was shaved less. So it looks okay from the side, but from an oblique angle you can slightly see that there is still a hump. Still, I don't plan to have revision surgery. It somehow feels natural as it is now, and I don't want to touch it again and end up stressed for no reason, so I'm going to live without getting greedy. As for the retruded chin, I'm completely satisfied, and I think sensation has come back 100%. It just feels like my own skin. But if I consciously tense my chin, there is still a stiff? dull feeling. But if I live without thinking about it, it's to the point where I can go about life without any problem, and I don't get breakouts anymore. Even if I went back, I think I would do it again. I'm not sure about the nose, but for the chin, I would definitely do it again. Still, I think everyone should absolutely be cautious with plastic surgery.
