I had my hump nose shaved down and osteotomy done in February this year, but swelling developed in my nostril area and it hasn’t gone down. I don’t want to go back to the hospital where I had the surgery, but do I have to? Honestly, the osteotomy wasn’t done well either, so I want to go to another hospital, but because of the swelling, it looks like I’ll have to go back to that hospital. Even if their surgical skill isn’t great, they should at least be able to treat this kind of post-op swelling or internal scar tissue, right? If I go there and it’s bad, or if the consultation is awful again, I’ll have to try another hospital. I should go back to Whee Plastic Surgery, have them check whether it’s swelling or scar tissue, and either get removal surgery or do something about it. But if it’s a hospital like Whee Plastic Surgery that’s good at revision surgery, doesn’t that mean they’re good at all kinds of nose surgeries?
