It’s been about 3 weeks since my revision rhinoplasty at ㅁㅋ, so I’m using cleansing oil and cleansing foam, but I have so much sebum and I can’t bring myself to do extractions... At this point, what’s the most effective way to manage it? Anyone who can tell me products that worked well for you or management methods^^..
