I'm looking into revision rhinoplasty. Does everyone get a severe scar from autologous costal cartilage? They say it leaves about 3 cm, so I'm worried At the place where I had a consultation, they said it fades over time, but I don't even have acne scars or anything like that on my body, so that scar feels really big to me
