They say bulbous nose correction works better when the skin is thin Then would it be better to at least lose some fat around my nose before getting surgery? Maybe because I had my first surgery when I had gained weight, I feel like the bulbous nose correction didn’t work well ㅜㅜ When I look at reviews too, it seems like thinner people get noses that look more like the wannabe nose What do you think
