First double-eyelid surgery: non-incisional method + medial canthoplasty

I heard that the non-incisional method leaves relatively little scarring and can be reversed, so instead of visiting many clinics in person, I chose a clinic that felt right from my online research and suddenly decided to have surgery. I had not originally planned to have medial canthoplasty, but the doctor said it was necessary to create an in-out fold, so I went ahead. In the end, a scar line formed at the inner corners of my eyes. My Mongolian folds had not been deep originally, and the inner corners were clean (All I gained was scar tissue.) The non-incisional fold came undone after four years, and I am now looking into revision surgery. It is not that the non-incisional method is bad; I think it is important to carefully check the clinic's procedure reviews before going. Depending on the surgeon's preferences, it seems they force the method they prefer rather than choosing what would be best for my eyes. It felt like they just used the technique they were most confident in. Is that what a factory-style clinic is? Anyway, definitely research plenty of procedure reviews, and if there are reviews about complications, make sure to check how the clinic handles them. The place I went to was not very good at dealing with complications.
