The consultation lasted more than 30 minutes, the longest one I had. The doctor even drew diagrams while explaining the surgical method. Since I have slight epicanthal folds, incision surgery was recommended. At minimum, partial incision was recommended—the only clinic among those I visited that recommended incision surgery. Without incision surgery, the double-eyelid line might appear doubled, because the existing adhesions need to be released. The recommended line was slightly higher toward the inner side and relatively lower toward the outer side. It is important to make the inner line more visible. When I asked what else could be improved besides the eyes, I was told my chin is somewhat recessed and that tip-binding would not have much effect on my rounded nasal tip. The doctor understood what I felt was slightly lacking overall, but said there was no area that would change dramatically. I entered an approximate price because I could not remember it. Details such as surgery time and aftercare would be explained once the surgery reservation was confirmed, and there was no pressure to book. The consultation was long and kind, but I was not considering incision surgery and felt our aesthetic preferences differed, so no particular comment stayed with me.
