I had nose surgery once before, but as time passed my nose started to look short and I disliked the tip, so I decided on revision surgery haha... I wanted a natural yet defined nose like Shin Se-kyung’s, and during the consultation they planned the approach based on my nose. For the nose: bridge + tip, short-nose correction, hump-nose correction, and donor rib cartilage, along with my septal cartilage and left ear cartilage. I was a little worried because it was revision surgery, but the consultation was thorough and they focused on what was necessary instead of pushing extra procedures, which was reassuring. For the eyes, I also had lower eyelid fat repositioning and medial canthoplasty. The under-eye area looks cleaner and the heaviness at the inner corners has decreased, so I’m more satisfied than expected. And most importantly, the nose lol. Before, it looked short and bulky, but now the line from the bridge to the tip is much more defined and I like it much better. I’m satisfied that it has become close to the natural nose I wanted rather than an overly glamorous one. I agonized over revision surgery for a long time, but I’m glad I chose this place!
