Personally, I wanted to have my nose done by someone with at least 20 years of experience, and a friend happened to work here and strongly recommended it, so I had the procedure using autologous costal cartilage. The surgeon seems to prefer a somewhat natural look over a glamorous one. The nose really turned out beautifully, with a nice nasal bridge line, so I think the surgeon definitely has an aesthetic eye. Even though they look a little cold, they answered all my questions and took good care of me. The pain from the autologous costal cartilage was truly severe. Even though I only needed to visit the clinic every other day, they told me to come in for pain medication while having the wound disinfected, so I went almost every day for two weeks. Since the pain was so bad, they took good care of me. I was in a lot of pain when the stitches inside my nose were removed too, but they lightened the mood with humor. Anyway, their postoperative care was excellent.
