In 2015, I had surgery for a hump nose osteotomy + 1 mm silicone + septum, but something keeps protruding from my nasal tip like a pimple, and it keeps bothering me. It feels exactly like the implant has shifted, bent, and pushed downward, so I looked into revision surgery because I thought if it kept pushing down like this, it might pierce through the nasal tip and come out.
I thought I needed to know what had pushed downward, so when I went to a local plastic surgery clinic, they said it was silicone, and that the surgery, including the hump correction, had been done neatly, but that my nose was also slightly crooked. They asked whether it had ever been under pressure, so I said it sometimes seemed that way (I also got hit on the nose while playing with a 5-year-old child..)
I searched mainly for private clinics and went to consultations at two places yesterday.

My first surgery was open, and given the condition, the revision also needs to be open. When I came out of the consultation, there were many people, but I don’t know whether they were consultation/surgery patients or procedure patients (I know they also have many procedure patients) While waiting, there were instructions on how to upload reviews and take photos for ㅂㅂㅌ or ㄱㄴㅇㄴ...;;;
