It has already been about six months since I had non-implant rhinoplasty at Obli Plastic Surgery! I did not originally have an extreme complex about having a very large nose, but I was slightly dissatisfied with the humped appearance in profile and the shape of the tip. At the same time, I really disliked the idea of making my nose too high or looking obviously operated on, so I wanted the result to be as natural as possible. I kept emphasizing a natural direction during consultations, and after looking into several places, I had surgery with Dr. Kim Da-an at Obli Plastic Surgery. Without silicone, the doctor refined the tip and bridge line using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and retroauricular fascia, and also performed a small amount of osteotomy. At first, it looked so natural that I wondered, ‘Did I really have surgery?’ lol But as time passed, the tip settled and I could see that the overall line had become more refined, so I am satisfied. I especially like that people around me generally cannot tell I had surgery unless I mention it. My previous facial impression remains, but the nose line feels cleaner, so I think the result is close to what I wanted :)
