I had really high expectations because I had heard it mentioned so often, but the consultation was disappointingly short compared with the three-hour wait. Compared with other clinics, they seemed too busy and lacking in sincerity. The consultation coordinator recommended which surgeries I should have and showed photos of current patients, including an unrelated patient's photo while saying the director could not come out because of that person.
