A few years ago, inflammation developed after a nose surgery I had at another clinic. The symptoms were heat, redness, and pain around the middle of the silicone implant. I went around looking for a clinic to remove it while being given strong antibiotics. This was one of them, but the clinic felt extremely old. It was also very small, just like a neighborhood ENT clinic. They did not advertise much, and I went to consult because they seemed genuinely specialized in implant removal and similar procedures. The consultation ended very quickly overall. The conclusion was that the inflammation was not severe.
