I had double-eyelid surgery and medial canthoplasty together. Before surgery, my biggest deliberation was how to design the crease, but during the consultation they examined my eye shape and differences between the two sides, explained which crease would suit me, and even drew the crease directly!! They seem to assess things carefully according to each person’s eyes. I was very nervous on the day of surgery, but the surgeon and the nurses kept double-checking everything and taking care of me, which made me feel a little reassured haha
