I made a consultation reservation and went, but I was alone for over 50 minutes and the consultation was 10 minutes

I was planning to get breast surgery, and a lot of people said ㄱㄹ Plastic Surgery was good. The app reviews only had really positive reviews, and the post-op photos looked pretty, so I made a consultation reservation and went on time. But even thinking about it again, ha... I went into the consultation room and waited 15 minutes for the consultation manager. I’m not someone who gets upset just because I have to wait. But I was the hospital’s last client of the day, and there were hardly any people there. A staff member said the manager was in a consultation or procedure before me and it would take a while, so I thought okay and waited. Then the consultation manager came in, and she looked at me with eyes that really seemed annoyed and tired. She just asked where I wanted the incision and what implant I wanted, and gave no explanation at all. I could answer because I had heard a lot at the hospital I went to before, but before that I knew nothing, and even though this was my second clinic, I still didn’t know much. But it wasn’t really a consultation, it was just done in five minutes. Then she left, saying the director would come. But I waited about another 15 minutes? for the director too. The director just looked at my breasts, consulted for 5 minutes? and left. He said to talk about the details with the consultation manager... What made me angry here was that after the director left, there wasn’t much time left before the hospital closed, but the consultation manager didn’t come in for over 25 minutes. I also had dinner plans afterward, but I couldn’t leave while undressed and wearing a gown. In the end, the consultation manager came in right when the hospital was closing. And as expected, she didn’t really say much. She just said she would match the price to this amount, so I should put down the deposit today and set a date. If I didn’t put down the deposit today, I couldn’t get it at this price. Ha. Still, even though the director’s consultation was short, he was kind, and since he’s known to be very good, I did feel trust in him. But the consultation manager was seriously so, so bad that even though I was going to have surgery here, the more I thought about it, the more I felt like they would be careless even when I went for aftercare. Since that consultation manager would be in charge of me, I felt like I’d get irritated every time I saw her, so I just booked another hospital. Since the director does the surgery, I was going to put up with it and go ahead, but no matter how much I think about it, waiting alone in the consultation room for nearly 50 minutes and then getting only 10 minutes, 15 minutes for the most important consultation doesn’t seem right. And what upset me the most was that after the consultation, as soon as I came out of the consultation room and the consultation manager came out, she said to another staff member, “Hey, let’s go,” didn’t even give me a business card, and disappeared while chatting.
