Before surgery, my nasal hump was fairly pronounced, and the tip also drooped slightly, so my nose was a real source of stress every time I took photos T_T Especially in side-view or 45-degree photos, the hump protruding from the middle of the bridge showed up so clearly that I always retouched the photos first... I hated most that the tip also looked blunt and droopy, making the entire nasal line feel less smooth.
So when I went for consultations, the things I considered most important were how naturally and neatly the hump would be corrected, and whether the nasal tip line would be built up firmly!

Once the major swelling subsided and the line settled, the first thing that really caught my eye was the change in the hump... Before, viewed from the side, the middle of the bridge protruded in a convex shape, making the line look interrupted, but now that area flows smoothly in one continuous line, so the entire side profile is completely different.
Once the hump was corrected, my nose looked much longer and slimmer, and the drooping tip was supported with autologous costal cartilage, giving it a more defined and glamorous upward appearance than before! Rather than simply having a higher nose, what I wanted was a smooth bridge without a hump and a strong, well-defined tip—and now it feels exactly right, so I’m satisfied, lol. These days, the nasal line looks smooth even without much retouching, so taking photos has become fun again... 🥹
If you have a pronounced hump or are concerned because the tip droops along with it, when you go for consultations, don’t look only at height. Be sure to see how the entire side profile flows after the hump is corrected!
