It has now been five months since my surgery, and I’m satisfied. My long, narrow pelvis was something exercise couldn’t improve, and it stressed me out so much. I wonder why I waited so long. There wasn’t much pain, and I could return to daily life right away, so taking only a weekend or about three days off should be enough. Everyone was kind, from the consultation onward, and because it was private, I rarely had to meet other people, which was nice. I recommend pelvic fat grafting to anyone concerned about their hips. I only regret spending so much time worrying. I’m very satisfied; people don’t notice unless I tell them.
