I had my first rhinoplasty with septal cartilage five years ago, but the short nose did not improve at all, so after worrying about it, I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and silicone at [Clinic A]! When I saw the before-and-after photos in the reviews, the director's aesthetic sense was exactly the style I wanted, so that is what made me decide. Personally, I really dislike a pointed Pinocchio-like nose, but the tip was made round and natural, and I am very satisfied. Even the nostrils, which were very noticeable from the front, are now barely visible, and even the columella, which did not exist before, has appeared! In fact, early on, the revision surgery overlapped with my menstrual period, so I had some trouble because blood collected between my eyebrows T_T But around the two-week mark, I went to the hospital almost every day, and they took such good care of me there! Thanks to their prompt response early on, I am now completely fine with no issues at all. I am so grateful to Director Jeong Tae-young and all the hospital staff for taking such careful care of me all the way through, even though it must have been inconvenient! I would like to recommend [Clinic A] to anyone worrying about a short nose or revision surgery.
