I originally wanted a closed rhinoplasty no matter what and got an estimate, but they said I also had a deviated septum and would need surgery for that too! That would make the cost too high The consultation order was director first, then coordinator, and the director's consultation was very detailed!! They also seemed very confident about my elongated nasal tip. It was my first consultation, and I had lived without any nasal allergy symptoms, but after seeing the CT I learned about the condition of my nose, so I kept wondering whether I should get the deviated septum surgery too... I ended up thinking about it for too long and in the end I did not go through with the surgery!
