At first I mainly ate soft foods. After the stitches were removed, I ate whatever I wanted, and after about three months the major swelling was gone and there was no obvious sign that I had had contouring surgery! Now, eight months after surgery, the residual swelling has also subsided, and the muscles around my mouth move normally. I especially like that having facial liposuction at the same time made my jawline look prettier without a double chin!!
