My revision rhinoplasty turned out so well that I regret the time I spent deliberating lol. I had it done by Dr. Kim Tae-seop at [Clinic A], and he corrected both my crooked nose and bulbous nose. I wanted something right between natural and glamorous and it turned out great without being excessive. Now when I take selfies, my bridge no longer looks too long, which I love. Dr. Kim seems to have excellent aesthetic sense, and he really captured the current trend of making the columella project a bit more. I was very worried because I was told my septum had collapsed and I had a lot of scar tissue, but it really turned out well ^^ The reason for my revision was that my first surgery used silicone and donor rib cartilage. The starting point of the bridge looked somewhat artificial and strange, and in photos the bridge looked far too long. The tip also looked blunt and large, which stressed me out so much that I looked into revision surgery and went ahead with it.
