I had surgery there seven years ago when the doctor was at another clinic, and I still completely love the design. It suited my face perfectly and was done in a very natural straight line. They said they would check inside during surgery and use ear cartilage if my septum cartilage was insufficient, but they made it look beautiful using only septal cartilage. However, a lot of time has passed, and the silicone has started to move. My right nostril was blocked after surgery, and I thought it was simply because the surgery was recent, but even seven years later the right side is still blocked and makes breathing uncomfortable. A CT scan showed that my septum is deviated to the right. Still, I really love the shape.
