My nostrils were pinched, so the asymmetry is severe. They made a perfectly normal nose look ugly, and I am suffering so much. Please tell me where nostrils like this can be reconstructed. The place where I had surgery says they can lower the columella, but I do not want to have anything done there. Honestly, I do not even want columella lowering. I wish they would simply release the pinched area and correct it, but people say it cannot be released. I requested early correction, but they told me it would work better after six months, so I waited, and now they say it is difficult to release. Please save me T_T. What do you think about putting Megaderm in the bridge? Is it safer than silicone?
