I had my implants removed and underwent second-round breast fat grafting

Hello, I came back to write again because I had my second breast fat grafting procedure and am bored during vacation haha. As I wrote in my previous post, I was determined to have a second round, so I had it done on the first day of this Chuseok holiday. (By the way, since I felt well enough after the second grafting, I also had double-chin liposuction five days later, and I am extremely satisfied. I will write about that later if I get bored again..) Anyway, it had not been six months since my first breast fat grafting, and this time I received PRP fat grafting. My thighs hurt really badly during the first round, so this time I asked them to harvest 400 cc only from my lower abdomen. The doctor was concerned that removing too much too often from one area could make it uneven, but still... haha T_T The purpose of the second round was mainly to provide nutrients to the fat cells grafted in the first round rather than to increase my cup size. I had 150 cc grafted on each side. By the way, an oil cyst was found on the left side during the ultrasound on the day of surgery, so it was removed during the operation as well. (They said it could be removed easily with a syringe.) I had taken thorough care of myself, but I guess oil cysts can still form. It really drove home once again that this is something I need to keep monitoring. Last time my whole body hurt so much that I barely felt breast pain, but this time my breasts hurt lol.... I also had a lot of bruising. On the way home that day, fluid was coming out of the liposuction sites. It was a little creepy, but compared with the first round, this was heaven.. The recovery process was the same as after the first round, and it was convenient because I only had to disinfect two groin sites, the same areas as last time. It has already been ten days since the second round. Thinking about it, I did not even have swelling all over my body this time. Only for about the first three days did I feel miserable; after that, everyday life was quite possible. I even had double-chin liposuction on day five.. lol... By the way, everyone was really curious about the size, but the first round had taken so well that I had hesitated about whether a second round was even necessary. After this second round, did I go up one cup? No, absolutely not. You should think of it as the volume being filled in a little more. Breast fat grafting does not produce a perfectly smooth, huge shape like implants. If you want that shape, you need implants T_T But I am truly, truly, extremely satisfied, and I feel like after going in circles, I am finally returning to natural breasts. I have already written so much in my previous posts that honestly I do not have much more to say.. haha But sometimes you see posts making exaggerated claims like, “Fat grafting made me two cup sizes larger! I went from an AA cup to a C cup~!” Honestly, those are very likely to be malicious broker posts.. And as for the review photos, they edit them so much... What a mess..
