After going through a difficult time, I lost weight from 62 kg at 162 cm to 43 kg. Once my ribs became fully visible and only my nipples seemed to remain, I started considering surgery. I happened to be practically unemployed at the time as well. My best friend had Motiva surgery at [Clinic A] four years ago. Even though she was a heavy smoker, she had no capsular contracture and always said the surgery had gone well. She let me touch them; they were genuinely firm and beautiful. I could also see that her self-esteem had risen significantly after surgery, so I went to [Clinic A] for a consultation on her recommendation.
I had severe overall asymmetry: asymmetrical hips, ribs, breasts, and nipple positions, as well as a curved spine. They compared Mentor Xtra, Motiva, and Mentor Boost by size, including diameter and dimensions, and recommended Mentor Boost for my body type. After deliberating, I chose Mentor Boost.
Because of the asymmetry, they initially recommended an inframammary incision, but said an axillary incision was also possible. Since I had almost no body fat, fat grafting was also recommended. There was hardly any fat on my abdomen, so we decided to harvest it from my thighs.
Ultimately, I had Mentor Boost 320/290 cc + dual-plane placement + axillary incision + fat grafting. I had previously had fibroadenomas removed twice with Mammotome. The Mammotome scars and core-biopsy scars are still visible, so I seem to be the type whose breast scars last a long time. I told the coordinator in advance and decided to proceed with axillary incisions.
A drain had originally been planned for the day of surgery, but there was almost no bleeding, so I did not need one—great luck. I had an upper band and bandages wrapped around me, with taping as well. The thigh where fat was harvested was covered with gauze and waterproof tape.
The route home has terrible traffic, so a taxi would have taken about an hour, while the subway takes about 20 minutes. I took the subway. On the first day, I felt slight pressure around the upper abdomen and a tingling sensation in my armpits. There was almost no pain when sitting or lying down.
My thighs felt like muscle soreness after a lower-body workout, but for someone who works out, it was not even one-fifth as severe as my usual leg soreness. Around evening, a slight tingling sensation began to increase, perhaps because the patient-controlled analgesia was wearing off. I ate some bread and took my medicine, and it became comfortable again. I was also prescribed medicine to take when the pain is severe, but I have not needed it yet.
For reference, I had a hairline hair transplant three weeks before surgery. At that time, the back of my head hurt even when lying down, sitting, or doing nothing, so I had a fairly hard time. Perhaps because of that, I currently feel that this hurts less than the hair transplant.
When I opened my eyes the next morning, my back and upper abdomen felt stiffer than the day before. Even so, it was milder than the muscle soreness after working out hard. Moving my arms to put on a coat made my armpits feel tight. It felt like someone had put glue on my armpits and was trying to peel it off, lol. Opening a bottle of water was difficult T_T. After struggling alone, I could just about wash dishes, get dressed, and eat slowly and carefully.
While wearing pajamas, perhaps because of the upper band, they did not look especially beautiful yet; I only thought they had gotten somewhat bigger. But when I changed clothes to go for a walk... the cleavage was extremely bold, haha. My satisfaction is already rising, haha.
