There was a consultation fee, and the main reason I sought this clinic was my alar issue. It was not a common alar shape, but the consultation was very honest and thorough. They explained the possible side effects in detail, making me, who had been favorable toward surgery, more cautious. I also asked about raising the tip a little, but they explained everything candidly and discouraged me so much that I no longer want tip surgery. I asked about cheekbones too, and they honestly discouraged me, saying that someone with my case would develop facial sagging quickly after surgery, for which I am very grateful. I do not know about the other procedures since I was discouraged from all of them, but for alar surgery, even the blog shows how specialized they are. The consultation was detailed and professional enough that the fee did not feel wasted. It was truly excellent!!!!!!!! I will remember it as the best consultation!!!!!
