Apparently, you don't necessarily have to restore it just because the canthoplasty turned out strangely; secondary canthoplasty may also be an option. I thought mine were uneven after lateral canthoplasty because of swelling, but even after three months, the right side still looked less opened than the left. The asymmetry was still extremely strange, whether seen with the naked eye or in photos, so I went for a consultation at a hospital specializing in restoration that a friend introduced me to. They said secondary canthoplasty would be more appropriate than restoration. The left side was too much...
