I had medial and lateral canthoplasty a year ago. My eyes did get larger, but the inner corners showed far too much of the lacrimal lake, while the outer corners were opened so much that a lot of sclera was visible, so the overall shape looked very unattractive. Since both eyes were excessively pulled open, they sometimes felt sore and sensitive, and I could think of nothing but restoring them. But I couldn't have revision surgery right away because several circumstances overlapped... (family matters
