I usually had blepharospasm symptoms that caused my eyes to close repeatedly and obstructed my vision, making daily life very difficult, and I also had severe pain around my eyes. Since opening my eyes itself was difficult and I kept frowning, I decided to undergo a forehead lift and double-eyelid surgery to improve both the functional discomfort and my appearance. Dr. Ko Eung-yeol carefully checked my eye condition and symptoms and explained, clearly and kindly, a surgical method that could address not only cosmetic concerns but also functional problems at once. This gave me confidence, so I decided on surgery without hesitation. There was some swelling and bruising immediately afterward, but it subsided quickly when I diligently applied the recommended compresses. Around two weeks after surgery, the swelling settled naturally, and the hospital carefully checked my recovery, so I recovered comfortably without major discomfort. The blepharospasm itself has not disappeared completely, but thanks to the forehead lift and double-eyelid surgery, the drooping eyelids improved and opening my eyes feels much lighter. My field of vision is much more open, and my impression has become brighter and cleaner, greatly improving my overall satisfaction with daily life. I am glad I had the surgery and am satisfied overall!
