I visited several years ago mainly for functional reasons rather than cosmetic surgery. The doctor was a board-certified plastic surgeon, but consulted better and was kinder than I expected. However, the surgical fee was absurdly expensive, so I gave up. Someone else who was suffering from functional problems had a septal perforation repair here, but... for septal perforation, I think it is right to see a specialist. Nasal obstruction is difficult because it can be ambiguous unless it is the septum or rhinitis. That person had also tried all kinds of nasal procedures before doing it, but it is really difficult. Even the cause of nasal obstruction is difficult to identify.
