Eye Surgery Considerations

Seoul First community review

I thought I had a mildly protruding mouth, so I worried a lot about ending up with an aged-looking mouth afterward. But looking at the preoperative photos, I realized I should have done it, and I am glad I did. Before surgery, the biggest issue was the functional discomfort of having to strain my lips to close them. I was also stressed because my mouth hung open with a sulky expression and made me look foolish. That concern has been resolved. My cheekbones also became naturally smaller, so only people very close to me notice; I became prettier naturally without looking obviously altered. In the past, people said I looked like a sparrow or a frog when I wore full lipstick, but now full lipstick looks good. Of course, on the first day I vomited blood more than five times, my nose was extremely blocked, opening my mouth was difficult, eating was uncomfortable, and my jaw and cheekbones throbbed. The recovery period was by no means short compared with other procedures, but now at three months, I have no nerve damage and can eat well. I still cannot bite into things like plums as before because it hurts, but I am satisfied.
