Since I was young, my upper body was particularly developed, so even at the same weight I looked fatter.. Areas like my upper arms and axillary fat were always an enormous source of stress, and after seeing reviews saying that even celebrities have liposuction or fat-extraction injections because upper-arm fat is so hard to lose, I deliberated for several years before finally getting fat-extraction injections! Liposuction involves surgery, which felt scary, and I was too busy to take time off work, so I chose fat-extraction injections because they said I could return to daily life immediately. Even up until the procedure, I was so nervous that I kept deliberating over whether to cancel it. I also looked at reviews in this community from time to time, and it seemed dramatically effective for some people but not very effective for others.. I was still worried, but these things vary from person to person, so I decided to try it. I started with a consultation, and it was incredibly detailed and lasted almost an hour? They explained everything so well that afterward I felt I could trust them and go ahead, so I proceeded. During the procedure, I followed the doctor’s instructions carefully, and compared with other people I had almost no bruising at all (it had completely faded in less than seven days), and the pain was not severe, so I really returned to daily life from the next day! However, as time passed, a barrel phenomenon developed in which the skin became lumpy and hard, and the pain gradually started to appear It was still tolerable, so I endured it well without much discomfort haha. I heard that swelling in the arms keeps moving downward, and even now I still have some swelling above my elbows. So I am hoping this swelling will go down soon too haha. In the photos, the upper arms from the armpits down look much smaller, but the lower part is still plump, so it does not feel like they have shrunk dramatically yet. Still, my clothes fit and look different, so I am completely satisfied! If there is a downside, it is that I want to do other areas too.. haha. If you have a lot of upper-arm fat like me, I highly recommend upper-arm fat-extraction injections.
