It has been a year. The waiting was insanely long. Bigger breast implants are not automatically better. If they recommend fat grafting, please do it together—I deeply regret not doing so. With a pigeon chest, when I lie down, the separation becomes worse than a highway. It is a huge issue, lol. If you have no body fat, definitely choose Mentor, not Motiva, lol. Motiva is insanely hard, seriously, fuck. They tell everyone to get large implants, but keep in mind that it can ruin how clothes fit. They are always pushing for everything to cling tightly anyway.
