As I gained weight, my jawline became blunt, and my profile really stressed me out Especially when I lowered my head, the fat folded, and I became hesitant even to tilt my head slightly when taking photos because I worried it would emphasize my chin fat. I had double-chin liposuction and double-chin muscle tightening, plus liposuction along the jawline. I was extremely nervous until surgery, but when I opened my eyes, it was already over haha.. The pain was mostly a stiff, pulling sensation, with some throbbing when lowering my head or smiling?? Compared with before surgery, the area under my chin looks much more defined, perhaps because my chin fat had been quite prominent, and I really like my slim jawline.
