Non-implant functional rhinoplasty review

A review of my non-implant functional rhinoplasty. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were placed at the tip to increase height, and I also had correction for a deviated nose. As time passed after surgery, the residual swelling from the early period completely subsided, and my nasal line has now settled very naturally. Because the shape is neatly refined, my expression looks much clearer from both the front and side. Most importantly, rather than looking artificial, it was carefully designed to match my original facial proportions, so people around me often compliment me that my impression has become much cleaner and more sophisticated. I am very satisfied with the aesthetic change, but the biggest improvement is that the nasal congestion I usually had has disappeared completely, making it easier to breathe. Since the appearance concern and functional problem were improved at the same time, my overall satisfaction with daily life after surgery is extremely high. Thanks to Dr. Jeong Tae-young, who carried everything out precisely from the initial consultation through surgery and careful follow-up care, I am maintaining the result comfortably without complications or discomfort.
