Since this was my third nose surgery, I wanted to choose a hospital by completely different criteria this time. I had been disappointed after my first surgery, and even after revision surgery the hump had not been fully corrected, while my nose still looked wide from the front, so I decided to have surgery again. I was also worried that my appearance looked slightly masculine, and felt that postponing it any longer would continue to stress me out T_T... On the day of surgery, I was not completely clear-headed after waking from anesthesia, but the first things I noticed were that my nose felt completely blocked and my mouth was dry. Still, perhaps because it was my third surgery, I felt more relieved that it was finally over than that it hurt.. They kept checking my condition in the recovery room and explained the precautions again, so I was not particularly anxious when I went home. I kept looking in the mirror on the way home, naturally..! I still had a splint and the swelling was developing, so it was not yet the time to see the line clearly, but I felt strangely excited because my nose seemed less wide than before. I had been very worried because this was another revision, but the atmosphere and care on the day of surgery were more stable than expected, so I felt a little relieved from the first day. Now, perhaps thanks to the customized implant, my nasal bridge line looks much cleaner and my nose no longer looks broadly spread like before T_T T_T. In particular, the tip looks slimmer and clearer than before, and my satisfaction keeps increasing as time passes..! It is not an overly sharp, dramatic nose; it simply feels more defined in a way that suits my face, so it does not feel burdensome. When looking for a clinic specializing in revision rhinoplasty, I worried that the result might be excessive, but now I feel I succeeded in changing from a masculine impression to a delicate one..! Since this was my third nose surgery, I kept wondering until the surgery whether I was making a mistake by having it touched again. Still, at Edition Plastic Surgery, nothing felt rushed, from the consultation through follow-up care. I think the more previous surgeries someone has had, the more even small details can affect the result, so I liked how carefully they examined those aspects! My previous surgeries always left me with one disappointment or another, but this time I like both the bridge and the tip, and I am most satisfied that I have been able to go about my life without any problems so far T_T. While searching for revision-rhinoplasty specialists, I read many posts, but after experiencing it myself, I realized that it is more important for the doctor to understand my nasal condition accurately than simply the material name or design T_T.
