Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Review of my square-jaw + cheekbone two-part surgery progress (doll-like line)

Although I have a small head, the bone structure of my face was somewhat prominent, with a square jaw and 45-degree cheekbones, so I had long worried that my face looked broad and flat. Since I was going to have surgery anyway, I wanted a clear change and was looking into more dramatic contours. I saw an influencer's reel about a pretty facial shape improved through revision contouring after minimal results on Instagram, contacted them by DM, and learned about Cookie Plastic Surgery. During the consultation, Director Jung Sung-mo compared the face I wanted, which I had edited in Photoshop, with my CT images and said that two-part contouring of the cheekbones and square jaw could create the V-line and soft 45-degree cheekbone line I wanted. He said the change would be significant because my square jaw was flared, and that since my basic face was small and my nerve line was high, I could achieve the doll-like line I wanted. Hearing this from a director with over 20 years of experience, who also seemed very confident, made me trust him and decide on surgery. I could feel the cheekbones had gone in from the day of surgery. The square-jaw area took much longer because the swelling descended downward, and I spent quite a while worrying that I looked puffy, but overall my facial width has decreased considerably and I look much slimmer from both the front and side. People around me do not realize I had surgery and think I simply lost weight. I have become much freer with makeup and styling to suit my face, and perhaps because my cheekbones and upturned outer eye corners look slightly lower, I often hear that my impression has become softer. Since it was an expensive surgery costing close to ten million won, I was very worried and contacted the coordinator often, so I followed my progress closely. Still, I am relieved that the contouring surgery turned out satisfactorily without minimal effect. When I visited for follow-up, the director personally showed me before-and-after CT scans and explained the pin fixation and how the bones were gradually fusing, which helped me recover with peace of mind. I am glad that without unnecessarily expanding the surgical areas, the two places that needed it were focused on and shaped into the lines I wanted. I am also considering pin removal, so I plan to contact the clinic again soon.
