It has been 6 years since my first nose surgery. I had it done outside Seoul and have lived well without any major problems... Honestly, it has drooped a little compared with the early days. Even though the tip looks longer, I was doing okay, but my nasal bridge keeps itching, and sometimes the skin gets red, whether it is because of the silicone or not, so I am considering having it removed. This community recommends revision surgery more than removal, and it does not seem like many people get removal surgery, so I came here. Since the original surgery was done naturally, with a subtly refined look, I do not think there will be any major problem even if I remove it. I am planning consultations at [Clinic A] and [Clinic B].. I heard [Clinic A] uses a closed approach.. If everything is removed, the columella does need to be incised, right? That is what their website seems to say.. I currently have ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip.

I’m currently getting consultations for an autologous dermal graft... I’ve had silicone plus ear cartilage for 8 years, and my nose keeps turning red, so I’m anxious and want to remove all the implants before problems develop. Currently, I

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 1 One-third of my splint came off
The bridge still feels somewhat compressed, while the tip has been released freely… is this okay…? The sticky tape became loose and came off. Is the splint there to prevent swelling and bumps? It is pressing on my nose so hard!!!!! that it
