I didn’t have much volume, but I took the plunge and had surgery. I received 250 cc/250 cc breast fat grafting at [Clinic A]. Implants felt too burdensome, so I said I’d be happy with about one cup size larger, and it’s holding up better than expected. They said stem cells might help retention. Since it seemed doable, I’m considering being more ambitious and having a second round. I’m slim too, but the clinic found and harvested a decent amount of fat, so if you’re in a similar situation, I think it would be good to get a consultation.
