Liposuction Reviews

Finally, arm liposuction day by day

After my thighs, I got arm liposuction. I started liposuction to collect fat for fat grafting, not because I’m overweight... Today is day 14. Only now are my arms starting to look like they originally did. Comparing pain: thighs >>>>> arms. I won’t get liposuction again in my life. Liposuction seems to be the hardest surgery... It takes a long time to look better afterward, and aftercare costs add up. Anyway, I wrote down what I remembered day by day. --------------------- Day of arm liposuction: I couldn’t bend my arms because of the bandages. You absolutely need someone with you. My boyfriend fed me, washed my face, and tied my hair. On the day itself, thighs >>> arms. Day 2: My hands were becoming like Doraemon’s hands, but they started going down at night, perhaps because of the circulation cream I used on my calves. I’m applying bruise, swelling, and circulation creams frequently, like hand cream. I still couldn’t tie my hair by myself, but I could brush my teeth and do a quick face wash. Day 4: I could disinfect the area myself, but it wasn’t easy. Day 6: Numbness while sleeping; stiffness after staying in one position for a long time. I applied bruise cream diligently, so there were no red bruises, but my whole arm looked like yellow pickled radish. Day 7: After taking a long walk in the evening, my hand suddenly swelled again, which startled me. I woke up at night, took a painkiller, and went back to sleep. Why is it suddenly so swollen? T_T My hand feels like it’s going to burst. Extra: One month since my thigh procedure. I can squat and sit now. Day 10: My hands finally returned to normal. The compression garment goes on comfortably. The swelling started to drop rapidly. The arms are about halfway there. Fibrosis and adhesions started worsening. Much easier than the legs... Day 14: I had the stitches removed. No major discomfort except that I can’t raise my arms all the way. I’ll start managing the fibrosis tomorrow. Conclusion: It varies from person to person, but fibrosis hurts. Even if the pain from swelling is the same, the legs seem more painful because they cover a larger area and are more mobile. Personally, I think it hurts more the more muscular you are...
